We’ve been walking around Glenview Park to help get ready for the long walks on camp. It takes us about 15 minutes to go around once. It’s about 1km per lap. We worked out that we we can walk 4km in 1 hour.
Today we saw a pair of swimming goggles up in a tree. Simien climbed up to get them.
Will we need tree climbing skills at camp?

I think 4kph isn’t a bad speed for a km each lap, but how many laps did you do?

We usually did one lap, but on the last day before camp we did 2. When we got to camp we discovered that the walk was 11kms AND it climbed over 200 metres.
